JOB DESCRIPTION: Research Analyst

Hours: Monday – Friday, up to 45 (some hours outside of this as required)

Work hours: EST shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Length: Permanent position, with three-month probation period

Salary: UPTO INR 3,00,000 per annum plus other perks (including superannuation)

Key Management Areas of Responsibility
Making outbound business to business calls to discover names of decision makers in the UK and US (Who is a Head of Operation? CEO? Head of IT? Sales Director etc.) and updating CRM system with this information. This is not a very complicated task, but you will have to work quick and effective to generate at least 30 names per hour.
Experience in market research, web research, CATI research and lead generation.
Organize and present data in clear, concise manner. Candidate should have good Internet Knowledge, know how about online research on consumer products, experience with data research tools.




Organize the information / analysis in the desired output formats (in MS Excel formats)
Activities Upload content / data sheets from Excel to html.
Search the internet and identify relevant websites as sources of information.
Conducting Primary Research.
Calling companies and sourcing information.
Conducting Detailed Secondary Research.
Will be responsible for collecting information using Google on various companies and their business intelligence.
Would be responsible for Web & Primary Research Company Profiling, Data Analysis, Surveys, Data Collection using Web & Telephonic Research.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
