Assistant Floor Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting daily floor operations, ensuring smooth customer experience, supervising staff, and maintaining operational standards across the facility.

Background
Experience in shopping malls, food courts, retail outlets, QSRs, hospitality, or similar customer-facing settings.
Hands-on experience in food court/floor management, vendor coordination, staff supervision, and customer service.
Familiarity with daily operations, housekeeping, security, maintenance coordination, and handling customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day floor and food court operations.
Supervise staff and allocate daily duties.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and service standards.




Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
Monitor footfall, crowd movement, and overall floor experience.
Support events, promotions, and peak-hour operations.
Maintain daily reports and ensure proper shift handovers.
Escalate major operational issues to the Floor/Operations Manager.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
