Job Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote our agricultural products and services, develop farmer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Visit farmers and develop strong relationships.
Promote seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products and other agri solutions.
Generate current customers and sales leads.
Conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations.
Follow up on orders and payments.
Monitor competitor activities and market requirements.
Submit daily field visit and sales reports.




Coordinate with the sales and store teams.

Requirements
Graduate; Agriculture background preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel in rural/field areas.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Freshers can also apply.
Candidates with agriculture sales experience will be preferred.
