Core Responsibilities
Understand IT hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conducts initial HR screening.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination, and closure.
Manage multiple requirements and complete hiring within agreed TAT.
Maintain accurate ATS, trackers, and recruitment records.
Coordinate with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Take ownership of assigned requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
