Job Description
Manage and supervise complete furniture production operations.
Prepare daily/weekly production plans and ensure targets are achieved.
Manage supervisors, workers and production teams.
Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Quality, Sales and Dispatch teams.
Check product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
Monitor raw material usage and control wastage.
Identify production delays and solve shop-floor problems.
Maintain production reports and daily work records.
Ensure proper workflow, discipline and safety on the factory floor.
Improve productivity and reduce production costs.
