Responsibilities
Counsel students on courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and admissions.
Maintain student records and achieve admission targets.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a student-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Education / Experience
Plus Two, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counselor, Academic Counselor, Admissions Counselor, or in a similar role is mandatory.
