About the Role

Resonance HR Services is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager on behalf of a leading two-wheeler dealership in Faridabad.

The ideal candidate should have solid sales management experience, excellent team-handling skills, and preferably relevant experience in the automobile/two-wheeler industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the overall sales operations of the dealership.
Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase vehicle sales and revenue.
Monitor leads, enquiries, customer follow-ups and conversion rates.
Ensure effective handling of customer queries and maintain high customer
satisfaction.





Requirements
5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile/two-wheeler industry.
Proven experience in managing a sales team.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Solid customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Monitor individual and team sales performance.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth dealership operations.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
