Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to support the team.
Qualification - Any degree
Age- No limit, career gap also accpeted
Gender - any
Location - Ambattur, chennai
Experience - Fresher or experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and other channels
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting initial telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews with clients / hiring managers
Following up with candidates for joining and documentation
Maintaining recruitment data and trackers
Coordinating with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
Pay: From ₹140,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
