Hiring for Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

n

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead who combines strong delivery management capabilities with a solid software engineering background. This individual will be responsible for driving predictable delivery, improving execution rigor, and providing technical oversight to teams developing a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform/product, including AI-driven workflows, orchestration frameworks, and scalable AI capabilities.

Apart from being a Scrum Master, this role requires someone who can understand the technical landscape, assess delivery risks, challenge assumptions, identify execution gaps, and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes consistently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with architects and engineering teams building next-generation Agentic AI solutions, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Drive end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI platform and product development initiatives.
n
- Partner closely with Architects, Product Managers, and development teams to ensure successful execution.
n
- Monitor team health, delivery velocity, dependencies, risks, and execution trends.
n
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive corrective actions.
n
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives where needed.
n
- Track commitments, milestones, and release plans to ensure predictable delivery.
n
- Use technical understanding to evaluate progress, challenge delivery assumptions, and surface risks early.
n




- Drive accountability and execution excellence across multiple teams.
n
- Establish delivery metrics, reporting, and governance mechanisms.
n
- Improve engineering processes, planning accuracy, estimation quality, and operational efficiency.
n
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering leadership in driving delivery outcomes.
n
- Work closely with teams building Agentic AI capabilities, AI orchestration frameworks, integrations, and platform services to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering/Product Development, Technical Program Management, Engineering Delivery, or Technical Project Management.
n
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Lead is a MUST.
n
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and modern engineering practices.
n
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
n
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
n
- Strong risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Experience managing large cross-functional engineering initiatives.
n
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
n
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and platform engineering concepts.
n
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
n
- Experience using delivery metrics and engineering KPIs to drive execution improvements.
n
- Experience working with engineering teams building AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or cloud-native platforms is highly desirable.
