Key Responsibilities

Animation & Motion Design

n

n
- Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
n
- Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and brand films.
n
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories.
n
- Design animated assets, transitions, typography, and explainer videos.
n

Creative Collaboration

n

n
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams.
n
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns.
n
- Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
n

Project Management

n

n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
n
- Review and maintain quality standards across animation deliverables.
n




- Mentor and guide junior animators and motion designers.
n

n

Innovation & Trends

n

n
- Stay updated with animation trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital formats.
n
- Experiment with new techniques to enhance content engagement and performance.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
n
- 2 years of experience in animation, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
n
- Advanced proficiency in:

- Adobe After Effects
n
- Adobe Premiere Pro
n
- Adobe Photoshop
n
- Adobe Illustrator
n
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and typography.
n
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
