Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon,



Flipkart, and quick-commerce (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit)
Manage catalog quality, listings, and QC across all platforms
Run RCA on returns/RTO (Amazon, Flipkart) and fill-rate/OSA gaps (quick-commerce)
Track conversion, returns, RTO, sell-through, fill rate, and SLA adherence
Execute inventory planning, including dark-store allocation for quick-commerce
Coordinate with planning, marketing, and supply chain teams
Partner with marketplace account managers on growth programs and sale events
Identify and execute category-level growth levers (pricing, catalog, ads, platform programs)
Requirement :
Strong Amazon and Flipkart operations expertise; quick-commerce experience preferred
2–5 years in e-commerce/marketplace operations
Hands-on with pricing, P&L;, and ads/campaign management
Strong analytical skills, especially returns/RTO and fill-rate RCA
Advanced Excel; comfort with marketplace dashboards
Hands-on problem-solver with solid stakeholder management
Fashion/lifestyle and quick-commerce exposure a plus
