Must Have
Salesforce Technical Lead / Data Migration Lead / Salesforce Architect with robust experience in large-scale CRM transformation and legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs.
End-to-end Salesforce Data Migration delivery experience.
Data Profiling and Data Cleansing expertise.
Data Mapping and Transformation design.
Cutover Planning and Mock Migration execution.
Stakeholder Management and Client Interaction.
Team mentoring and leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
At least 2 full-cycle Salesforce implementation programs.
Experience handling multi-million record migrations.
Experience in global transformation programs.
Exposure to Sales, Service, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud implementations.
