About AIRTAXI n

AIRTAXI is a growing aviation organization with operations across flight training, aviation services, and related business activities. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.

Role Overview n

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting statutory compliance. Candidates with aviation industry experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities n

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities

n

• Record and verify financial transactions in Zoho Books

n

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

n

• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations

n

• Prepare invoices, payment documentation, and financial reports

n

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities

n

• Maintain proper supporting documentation for audits and financial records

n





• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables

n

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams

n

• Prepare MIS and accounting reports as required by management

Requirements n

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books – Mandatory

n

✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

n

✔ Relevant experience in accounting and finance operations

n

✔ Good knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, GST, and TDS

n

✔ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

n

✔ Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

n

✔ Aviation industry experience will be highly preferred

n

✔ Ability to manage confidential financial information and meet deadlines

Preferred Profile n

⭐ Experience in Aviation / FTO / Airline / NSOP / Aviation Services

n

⭐ Experience handling multi-location accounting operations

n

⭐ Knowledge of foreign transactions / Forex accounting will be an advantage
