EcoWell is looking for a hands-on CTO with strong expertise in RO plants, water softeners, pumps, plumbing, and VFD systems to lead technical operations, quality, and field service teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RO & water treatment systems.
Manage pumps, plumbing layouts, VFD configuration, and system automation.
Interpret water testing reports and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
Train and manage technicians/engineers on installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Develop SOPs, quality standards, and technical documentation.
Support sales teams with technical project scoping and solutions.
Evaluate equipment, vendors, and new water-treatment technologies.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements




3+ years of relevant experience in the water treatment/RO industry is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of RO, softeners, pumps, plumbing, and VFDs.
Ability to interpret water testing/lab reports.
Solid field troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
