Job Title: Media Sales / Ad Sales Manager

Bounty Box Inc. is looking for a well-connected Media Sales / Ad Sales Manager who can drive new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for Bounty Box Inc.'s advertising, branding, digital marketing and media solutions.
Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to connect with decision-makers, marketing heads, founders and business owners.
Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective clients across multiple industries.
Identify opportunities for branding, digital marketing, creative, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing and other agency services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and business pitches.
Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop proposals and close business.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Media Sales, Ad Sales,



Advertising Sales or Agency Business Development.
Robust existing database and decision-maker connects across industries.
Candidates with a strong network within the real estate developer ecosystem will be highly preferred.
Existing relationships with developers, marketing heads, CXOs, founders or senior decision-makers will be an advantage.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven and capable of independently generating and converting leads.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
