Store Keeper – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
Check quantity, quality, and specifications against invoices or purchase orders.
Properly store materials in designated locations.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Issue materials to departments as per authorized requests.
Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
Prepare and maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and inventory reports.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences.
Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of materials.
Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.
Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, production, and other departments.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure.
Report damaged, expired, missing,



or excess materials to the concerned supervisor.
Support stock audits and inventory verification.

Required Skills
Experience in storekeeping, warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic MS Excel/computer knowledge.
Positive record-keeping and documentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage physical stock accurately.
Honest, responsible, and organized.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
