Position: ITI Fitter / Maintenance Technician

SALARY: 20,000 TO 30,000

Job Responsibilities
Perform regular mechanical maintenance of machinery used in the Paper Making & Coating Plant.
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot machinery effectively.
Handle maintenance and repair of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, rollers, valves, conveyors and other mechanical equipment.
Perform machine fitting, dismantling, assembly and alignment work.
Conduct regular inspection and lubrication of machinery.
Minimize machine downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Follow all safety rules, maintenance procedures and company guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements
ITI in Fitter Trade is mandatory.




Candidates with experience in Paper Mills, Paper Making Plants, Coating Plants or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Valuable practical knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting work is required.
Candidates must have basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle breakdown maintenance.
Freshers with solid practical knowledge of fitting and machinery maintenance may also apply.
Willingness to work in shifts is required.
