Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting
Maintain books of accounts for assigned poultry farms.
Verify and record daily financial transactions.
Ensure timely posting of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Monitor farm-wise revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and payments.
Reconcile supplier accounts and outstanding balances.
Track customer receivables and follow up on collections.
Ensure accurate aging analysis of debtors and creditors.

Cost Management
Monitor feed, medicine, chick, labor, and utility costs.
Analyze production costs per bird, egg, or kilogram of live weight.
Prepare variance reports and recommend cost-control measures.
Support farm management in improving operational efficiency.

Budgeting & MIS Reporting
Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare farm-wise and cluster-wise MIS reports.
Generate monthly financial performance reports.
Present key financial indicators to management.

Cash & Bank Management




Monitor cash flow requirements across farm units.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Ensure proper cash handling and internal controls.

Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
Implement company financial policies and procedures.

Inventory & Asset Management
Monitor inventory of feed, medicines, vaccines, and farm supplies.
Verify stock records and conduct periodic physical verification.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Team Coordination
Supervise Accounts Executives and farm accountants.
Provide guidance on accounting procedures and controls.
Coordinate with farm managers, procurement, and operations teams.
