Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recruiter who will handle end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating with management for final selection.

Key Responsibilities:1. Candidate Sourcing
Post jobs on platforms (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Search and shortlist relevant candidates
Maintain candidate database
Screening & Calling
Call candidates and explain job role
Check basic details (experience, salary, location)
Shortlist suitable candidates
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with MD / Hiring Manager
Share interview details with candidates
Follow up for confirmations
Candidate Follow-up
Take feedback after interviews
Coordinate offer and joining
Ensure candidate joins on time




Reporting & Data Management
Maintain hiring tracker (Excel/CRM)
Track positions open vs closed
Daily/weekly hiring updates

Key Skills Required:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confidence in calling & convincing
Basic Excel knowledge
Organized and follow-up oriented

Experience Required:
0–2 years (Freshers with valuable communication can apply)

Working Days:

Tuesday – Sunday (Monday off)

KPI / Performance Metrics:
Number of candidates called daily
Interviews scheduled
Positions closed
Joining ratio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,557.01 - ₹32,038.91 per month
