Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads and create recent business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate should have solid cold-calling, prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 40–60+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective US clients.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations with potential clients.
Schedule qualified meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and activities in CRM.
Research target companies, industries, and prospects in the US market.
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.




Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to improve conversion rates.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development, or cold calling.
Experience working with the US market is mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Experience in LPO/KPO/BPO, legal services, IT services, or skilled services will be an advantage.

Key

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
