Job Description

NovaKids.ai is looking for experienced B.Ed-qualified teachers to join our growing K–12 EdTech team. The ideal candidates should have strong teaching experience, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective and engaging lessons for school students.
Support curriculum development and academic activities.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
Use computers and digital tools to support classroom and online learning.
Monitor student progress and provide appropriate feedback.
Work with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
Follow CBSE/NCERT-aligned academic practices where applicable.

Requirements
B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching institutes,



or educational organizations.
Valuable subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Basic to valuable computer knowledge is required.
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching platforms, and other digital tools.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are willing to work from Vijayawada/Mangalagiri are preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Experienced school teachers with B.Ed.
Teachers familiar with CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
Candidates comfortable working with technology and digital learning tools.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
