About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager to drive ground-level operations and cross-functional business initiatives. The role requires someone who can work closely with business and operations teams, understand on-ground challenges, identify gaps, and drive solutions through to execution.

The ideal candidate is an operator and problem-solver who is comfortable moving between data, people, processes, and field execution.

Key Responsibilities

n

Ground Operations & Execution

n

n
- Drive day-to-day execution of critical operational initiatives across locations and business functions.
n
- Work closely with ground teams to understand operational challenges and resolve execution gaps.
n
- Monitor field-level performance, productivity, and process adherence.
n
- Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
n
- Conduct regular field visits and work directly with teams on the ground.
n

Strategic Program Management

n

n
- Own and drive cross-functional business initiatives from planning to execution.
n
- Coordinate with Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
n
- Define timelines, owners, and success metrics and ensure timely closure.
n

n

Business Diagnostics & Insights

n

n
- Analyze operational data and field-level performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
n
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
n
- Build dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance.
n

n

New Initiatives & Pilots

n

n
- Support the launch and execution of new business initiatives, pilots, and geo-expansions.
n
- Manage pilots from initial planning through execution,



measurement, and handover.
n
- Work closely with ground teams to validate processes and ensure smooth implementation.
n

n

Cross-Functional Execution

n

n
- Act as a bridge between leadership, business teams, and ground operations.
n
- Drive stakeholders without formal authority and ensure accountability for deliverables.
n
- Follow up on action items and ensure operational issues are resolved within defined timelines.
n

n

Leadership Reporting

n

n
- Prepare concise business updates, operational dashboards, and performance reports.
n
- Highlight key operational challenges, trends, and improvement areas to leadership.
n

n

n

Role Requirements

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
n
- Strong exposure to ground-level / field operations and execution.
n
- Fluency in Tamil and strong understanding of Tamil Nadu geography are mandatory.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu and work closely with field teams.
n
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced business environment preferred.
n
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
n
