The ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset, be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank, and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication. Key Responsibilities: - Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives. - Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms. - Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements. - Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging. - Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites, blogs, and scripts. - Review, edit,



and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone. - Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation. - Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices. - Manage timelines and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables and turnaround times. Mandatory Requirements: - 3-month remote consulting engagement. - Strong social-first thinking and understanding of social media content. - Ability to build and maintain a strong content bank. - Strong command of Bengali is mandatory. - 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills. - Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms. - Positive time management and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setup.
