We're looking for customer-focused professionals with a hospitality background and excellent communication skills to join our Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through chat & voice
- Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate CRM/case records
- Meet quality, resolution time and CSAT/NPS targets

What We're Looking For





1–3 years of experience in hospitality

Experience handling customers through voice & chat

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Customer-first attitude with a calm and qualified approach

Graduate in any discipline
