Job Title: Sales Executive (Delivery Partner Onboarding) Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (On-site)
Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for onboarding delivery partners across various locations. This involves identifying potential candidates, engaging them, and ensuring smooth onboarding while meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit delivery partners in assigned regions.
Conduct face-to-face meetings to explain onboarding processes and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and training.
Achieve onboarding targets and maintain solid relationships with delivery partners.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in sales, recruitment, or field operations is a plus.
Familiarity with Navi Mumbai regions will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
