Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customersin a skilled and friendly manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Build andmaintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide information about products, offers, and services.
Coordinate with store staffto ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and services.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experiencein customer service, customer support, or customer relationship management.
Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail workplace.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
