Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team at Hotel Country Inn Smart Stays Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for cleanliness, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained as per hotel standards.
Replenish guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room discrepancies to the concerned department.
Follow hotel standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Maintain proper usage and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.




Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth guest operations.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department will be preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and guest-friendly attitude.
