Lead the onboarding process for current clients, providing a seamless experience from the start.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
Regularly check in with clients to assess their satisfaction, needs, and business challenges.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client success & Should know how to manage clients attentively.
Good Communication skills to handle international clients.
