Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardgoods Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution from sampling to shipment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods (tabletop, barware, kitchenware, etc.)
Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams
Manage product development and sampling processes
Communicate with international clients and handle queries
Track orders, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers




Prepare costing sheets and product documentation

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, design, business, or related field
1–5 years of experience in hardgoods merchandising
Robust knowledge of materials like stainless steel, aluminum, wood etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of export processes and documentation
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
