We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Resale Executive to manage the buying and resale process of jewellery items. The role involves evaluating pre-owned jewellery, building trust with sellers, managing resale pricing, and ensuring smooth transactions to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selling and reselling their jewellery pieces.
Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat resale and purchase.
Work with the sales team to promote resale jewellery collections in-store and online.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 Month–1 years of experience in jewellery retail, resale, or appraisal (preferred).
Customer-centric attitude with integrity and professionalism.
Basic computer skills.
