Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise and coordinate with the service team.
Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
Monitor service quality, food presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams for timely order execution.
Monitor restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and minimizing wastage.
Pay: ₹12,589.78 - ₹31,055.73 per month
