Job Description – Retail Sales Associate, Vasanthamayil

Vasanthamayil, a clothing and fashion store in Kangayam, is looking for a full time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-friendly, target-driven, and enjoys helping people find the right look for themselves.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers as they enter the store and understand what they're looking for
Suggest outfits, styles, and combinations based on customer preference and current trends
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management
Keep the sales floor neat, with garments properly arranged, folded, and displayed
Monitor stock levels on the floor and inform management when items need restocking
Assist in unpacking, tagging,



and arranging current stock/shipments
Manage trial room coordination and ensure a smooth fitting experience for customers
Process exchanges and returns as per store policy
Build long-term relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits
Support extra footfall and extended hours during festival and sale seasons
Maintain basic hygiene and presentation standards on the floor

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
