Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Identify recent business prospects and maintain strong client relationships
Set individual and team sales targets
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve customer acquisition
Recruit, train, and onboard current sales representatives
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Forecast sales trends and manage budgets effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
