Manage end-to-end procurement activities for pharmaceutical products and packaging materials.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and manufacturers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages and production delays.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing vendors and onboard recent suppliers.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Accounts, and Production teams regarding procurement requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance while sourcing products.
Track order status and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
Resolve vendor-related issues concerning quality, pricing,



delivery, and documentation.
Prepare purchase reports, vendor performance reports, and procurement MIS.
Control procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
Maintain proper purchase records, agreements, invoices, and documentation.
Stay updated with market trends, price fluctuations, and recent pharmaceutical products.
MAINTAIN DISCONTINUE BRANDS SHEET.
