Manage import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.
Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates, and other trade documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
Coordinate customs clearance and resolve documentation or shipment issues.
Maintain accurate import/export records and shipment files.
Monitor shipping schedules, delivery timelines, freight costs, and related charges.
Ensure compliance with applicable import/export procedures and company policies.
Handle shipment discrepancies, delays, damages, and documentation corrections.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
