Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote/virtual eye consultations and provide professional optometric guidance.
Understand customers' vision-related requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Perform vision assessments and support customers with appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain accurate customer and consultation records.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
Follow company guidelines, processes, and professional optometry standards.
Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required.

Candidate Eligibility
B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply.
Experienced Optometrists are also welcome.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid interest in customer service and eye care.
Candidates should be willing to travel to Kochi for the training period.
Candidates should be open to working from the assigned Kerala location.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
