Job Summary:

IMTS Institute is looking for a Call Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate calls, ensure communication and process quality, identify gaps, and provide feedback to improve overall call performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate calls based on quality parameters.

Check communication, call handling, and process adherence.

Identify errors and quality gaps.

Provide constructive feedback to team members.

Maintain daily quality reports and performance records.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Valuable listening and analytical skills.

Solid attention to detail.

Basic MS Excel knowledge.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
