Job Description:

We are hiring Architects / Engineers for a telemarketing and inside sales role focused on promoting our interior fit-out and joinery services to International clients. This is a purely office-based role involving Digital Marketing, Telephonic Communication, and Client Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic and digital marketing to generate leads.
Communicate with International Clients in English via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and explain company services.
Qualify leads and coordinate with design and estimation teams.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular client communication.
Maintain CRM records and prepare basic sales reports.
Support proposal submission and documentation process.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Mechanical Engineering.
1 – 5 Years experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales,



or Customer Handling.
Fluent English communication is mandatory (international clients).
Confident in handling calls, emails, and online communication.
Basic knowledge of Interior fit-out, Joinery, or Construction is preferred.
Positive computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Hindi spoken preferred.
Gulf experience is an added advantage.
