Head Technician

Department: Service/Workshop
Location: Infinity Hyundai, Sambalpur
Reporting To: Workshop Manager / Service Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead the team of technicians in carrying out efficient vehicle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance as per Hyundai standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid technical knowledge of Hyundai vehicles.
Expertise in advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of workshop systems, tools, and diagnostic software.





Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/ITI in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automobile workshop.
Prior Hyundai dealership experience will be an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):
First Time Right (FTR) percentage.
Workshop productivity and efficiency.
Repeat repair ratio.
Customer satisfaction scores.
Technician training and development records.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
