Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate qualified leads, connect with potential customers, and support the sales team in converting prospects into business opportunities for our construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media, references, and online platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Generate and maintain a minimum of 50 qualified leads per month.
Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, location, and project timeline.
Schedule appointments and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales Team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover and conversion.
Maintain accurate lead details and update the CRM/lead tracker regularly.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.




Maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/lead tracker

Eligibility
Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Real Estate/Construction Sales.
Freshers with positive communication and a robust interest in sales are welcome.
Candidates with prior real estate or construction experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
