Job Description – Personal Trainer & Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Fitness, Health & Wellbeing Management

· Assist the MD in maintaining daily fitness routines and overall physical wellbeing.

· Coordinate fitness sessions, track progress, and ensure adherence to prescribed dietary plans.

· Arrange nutritious meals and monitor diet guidelines as advised by trainers or nutritionists.

· Maintain oversight of the MD’s health requirements, schedule medical appointments when necessary, and ensure timely administration of medications or wellness routines.

· Monitor physical and mental fatigue levels and provide appropriate support during demanding work schedules and travel.
Hiring & Coordination Support

· Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, screening profiles, and coordinating with hiring managers.

· Maintain communication between HR, department heads, and the MD for a smooth hiring workflow.

· Assist in corporate event-related coordination, including scheduling staff roles,



managing invitation lists, and supporting event planning teams.
Travel Across Cities

· Travel with or on behalf of the MD to Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, and other cities as required.

· Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and ensure seamless travel support.
Personal Protection & Assistance

· Provide a basic level of personal security during travel and public events.

· Maintain situational awareness and ensure the MD’s safety in coordination with external security teams when necessary.
Schedule & Calendar Management

· Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, and commitments.

· Coordinate with the Kolkata Office, team managers, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling.

· Prioritize activities and maintain an up-to-date calendar with minimal conflicts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
