Role: Business Development Manager ( Recruitment )
Purpose: Generate current clients and grow recruitment business.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Present recruitment/staffing solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client-acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
