Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, chutneys, biryanis, and regional curries.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Plan daily food preparation and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with hygiene regulations.
Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage.
Assist in menu planning and introduce current South Indian specialties.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,123.68 per month
