Job Title: Logistics Executive – D2C Operations

About the Role

The Wellness Shop is looking for a Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics and courier operations for our D2C business. The role involves coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, managing RTOs, and ensuring smooth order movement from warehouse to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order dispatch, shipment processing, and courier coordination.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments, delayed orders, NDRs, and RTOs and take necessary action.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, and Operations teams.
Manage courier portals and update shipment/order statuses.
Analyse logistics performance, delivery TAT, RTO %, and NDR reports.




Coordinate RTO reconciliation and re-shipment where required.
Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and trackers.
Ensure smooth and cost-effective movement of D2C orders.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Logistics - D2C operations.
Positive knowledge of NDR, RTO, TAT, COD, and shipment processes.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
