About Us
Vasanthamayil is a clothing and fashion store in Kangayam. We're looking for a detail-oriented Stock Entry Assistant to manage inventory records and keep our stock organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities
Enter incoming stock details into the billing/inventory software accurately (item name, quantity, size, price, etc.)
Tag and label new stock before it goes to the sales floor
Cross-check delivered stock against invoices/bills for accuracy
Update stock records after sales, returns, and exchanges
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with system records
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to store management
Organize the stockroom so items are easy to locate and retrieve
Assist sales staff with stock availability checks when needed




Support during current stock arrivals and festival/sale season inventory prep

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Degree preferred but not mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in inventory/stock handling or data entry (freshers welcome)
Basic computer knowledge — comfortable with Excel and billing/inventory software
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills
Valuable spoken Tamil; basic English helpful
Willingness to work on weekends and during festival rush

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
