IndoAsian, a trusted Indian brand, is seeking a talented Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in the retail segment. As part of the L7 - IN - INDOASIAN - Sales department, you will play a crucial role in achieving primary sales and revenue targets for recent and existing products. Achieve primary sales and revenue targets for all assigned products in the respective territory.
Manage distributor relationships, including selection, appointment, development, and termination, in line with company policies.
Implement and execute the distribution strategy as per organizational guidelines.
Expand product availability geographically within the assigned territory.
Ensure current products contribute significantly to overall sales through the retail segment.
Establish and consolidate market share for existing products in the retail market.
Build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners.




Manage and optimize 'daily sales outstanding' (DSO) for all channel partners.
Ensure strict compliance with channel documentation and organizational policies.
Monitor and report market intelligence, including competition analysis and pricing strategies.
Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, handling dealer and distributor relationships.
Solid knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, especially in the retail sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
Analytical skills for interpreting market data and making informed decisions.
Familiarity with electrical products and the Indian market is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
