We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, positive communication, and hands-on experience in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant service staff.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts.
Greet guests, assist with seating, and handle guest queries professionally.
Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation are maintained.
Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service of food and beverages.
Train and guide junior staff to maintain service quality.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for productive service.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages.




Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as Restaurant Captain / Senior Steward / F&B; Supervisor.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and procedures.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

Qualified grooming and presentation.
Basic computer or POS knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
