Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Restaurant Manager (ARM) to oversee multiple restaurant outlets, drive operational performance, and ensure consistent service and business standards across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
Monitor sales, revenue, food cost, manpower, and operational expenses.
Ensure consistent service, food quality, hygiene, and guest experience.
Lead, train, and motivate Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
Review outlet performance and implement improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with HR, Kitchen, Purchase, Finance, and other departments.
Support new outlet openings and ensure smooth operations.




Prepare and review regular operational and performance reports.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Area Manager, Area Restaurant Manager, Cluster Manager, or similar role in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Robust experience managing multiple outlets.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations, sales, cost control, and team management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel between assigned outlets as required.
Lounge & bar experience will be preferred.
