Vendor coordination: Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and compare offers.
Purchase orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Inventory tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with site teams for timely delivery.
Documentation: Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Cost control: Support negotiation to achieve competitive pricing and reduce procurement costs.
Project support: Work closely with engineers and project managers to align purchases with technical specifications.
