About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with robust hiring experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and understand the talent requirements of real estate organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Handle Real Estate hiring across sales and other business functions.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and regularly track hiring progress.
Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Prior Real Estate recruitment experience is mandatory.




Experience in hiring Real Estate Sales profiles will be highly preferred.
Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
